A woman will appear in court after a video allegedly showing her racially abusing fellow passengers on a busy tram appeared online.
Emma West, 34, is charged with a racially aggravated public order offence and is expected at Croydon Magistrates' Court in south London.
She was arrested last Monday after the footage was posted on YouTube.
The clip, which was apparently filmed on the Croydon to Wimbledon Tramlink route, has been viewed more than 11 million times after appearing online on Sunday November 27.

West, of New Addington, was remanded in custody at Croydon Magistrates' Court on November 29.
