Meeting the in-laws is nerve-wracking enough without having to spend the first few months of your relationship battling off widespread criticism about a 15-year age gap - but it appears Xtra Factor host Caroline Flack made a good impression on Harry Styles' mum and step-dad.
The One Direction singer's mother Anne has given her seal of approval after 32-year-old Caroline had dinner with her and her husband Robin at their home in Cheshire.
A source told the Sunday Mirror that the pair are getting on brilliantly: "Caroline and Harry are a full-on couple now. Things are getting serious pretty quickly and they're in love. At first it was just a fling, but now they're looking at a future together."
Despite death threats from green-eyed fans, Caroline's Xtra Factor co-presenter Olly Murs recently revealed the romance was going from strength to strength.
He said: "Caroline's very lucky and I think he's happy. Harry really does like Caroline - of course he does - she's absolutely gorgeous."
