New mums across the world may want to look away now. This is a lady who gave birth a mere four weeks ago.
Then again, she is Beyonce, so what else would you expect?
The new mother stepped out in New York last night for the first time since giving birth to Blue Ivy last month.
Beyonce showed off her post-baby figure as she supported husband Jay-Z, on his first of two nights at Carnegie Hall to benefit the United Way of New York City and the Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation.
And with her red Alice Temperley dress, which hugged her voluptuous figure, and perfectly styled golden tresses, she certainly made it hard to believe she's probably knee deep in dirty nappies and baby sick at the moment.
There was a tender moment during the evening's events when Jay-Z dedicated his performance to the couple's daughter.
Before singing Glory - which he penned for Blue Ivy after she was born - he told the audience: "Put a hand in the air for Blue."
So, seeing as we now have the first pics of Beyonce since the birth, all we want/need in our lives is the first pics of Blue please. Pretty please?
