Carmen Electra's Frosty Reception At 'Britain's Got Talent' Auditions

Carmen's Frosty Reception

Former Baywatch star Carmen Electra was given a frosty reception and chants of "Who are ya?" on her first day as a stand-in judge on Britain's Got Talent.

Actress Carmen is filling in for Amanda Holden as she rests at home with new baby Hollie following her traumatic childbirth experience.

Ouch!

The source continued: "Carmen was mortified. She was really nervous on the panel too. Every time Simon buzzed an act off, Carmen would hit her buzzer seconds later. She figured if she followed him then she'd be safe. It's anyone's guess if she'll last the week."

The star quickly lost her popularity with audition audiences after she criticised a 15-year-old singer and a popular dance group.

Georgia Herrera took to the stage at London's Hammersmith Apollo and told the panel it was her ambition to sing but the teenager failed to impress the new judge.

An audience member told The Mirror: "Carmen told her she was 'plain' and said she wanted to criticise her as soon as she came on. It was very harsh."

Carmen also prompted boos from the crowd after telling an impressive dance group it needed "more variety".

However, the American star did manage to impress show boss Simon Cowell, who said: "This woman is pure evil and that's why I picked her."

Carmen is due to stand in for regular judge Amanda Holden for two more days as the new mum is expected to return to the show this weekend.
