Grammy Awards 2012: Amy Winehouse Wins Posthumous Gong, For Duet With Tony Bennett

Emotional Moment As Amy Gets Grammy

It was an emotional night for the parents of Amy Winehouse, as they watched Tony Bennett accept the Grammy Award for best pop performance by a duo or group for his performance with their late daughter.

When Bennett went to receive the award, he invited the late singer's parents to join him on stage during the awards ceremony's pre-show segment.

"We shouldn't be here. Our darling daughter should be here. These are the cards that we're dealt," said Mitch after he was called on stage by Bennett.

It was an emotional night at the Grammy Awards, as stars struggled to come to terms with the death of Whitney Houston, only 24 hours earlier, as well as remembering fallen divas Winehouse and Etta James.
