Spain Sends 'Right To Be Forgotten' Cases To Top EU Court

Spain’s highest court, the Audiencia Nacional, has asked the European Court of Justice to clarify whether requests from Spanish citizens to have data deleted from search-engine results are lawful. It is a case that could increase pressure on Google Inc. to review its privacy policies.
