Teri Hatcher Says Goodbye On Facebook To 'Desperate Housewives' Co-Star James Denton

Teri's Tearful Goodbye To Co-Star

Teri Hatcher has bid a fond farewell to her long-time screen companion James Denton.

Millions of Desperate Housewives fans watched as Denton's character Mike Delfino was dramatically killed off at the weekend, leaving a bereft Susan (Hatcher) in deep grief, and it seems the actress is feeling equally bereft off-screen.

On her Facebook page, Hatcher has posted a picture of the pair of them on, judging by the tomato ketchup on each of their tops, their last day of filming together. She wrote:

"Its official. Wanted to share this with you fans. Shot on the set getting ready for the last scene... I think we made a cute couple. Thank you Jamie for just....well, everything."

She added of her co-star:

"While I was sobbing over a coffin, James was in Paris doing a modeling shoot. Good for him !!! Now that they've killed him early, lets hope he gets a jump on a new creative venture. He sure deserves it. And can I just say, he looks more handsome than ever. Not desperate anymore!! He's the best. So sad sack Susan is alone once again. Good idea or bad? What are your thoughts?"
