Kylie Minogue Delights Fans In Melbourne, With Scaled-Down Concert And Some Familiar Hotpants

Kylie Minogue delighted her fans on the first night of her tour, with a casual, grungey look that made a witty nod to her famous gold hotpants of old.

Minogue was kicking off her Anti Tour tour in her native Melbourne, where she presented a much scaled-down version of her usual extravaganza concert.

Her performance saw her go through a catalogue of old hits, from her bubble-gum pop of Made in Heaven and Je Ne Sais Pas Pourquoi, to her more sophisticated disco fare of 2010's Too Much, from the album Aphrodite.

The set list was comprised of requests from what Kylie called her "superfans", according to Melbourne's Herald Sun. The newspaper reported the songstress as beaming and glowing at her audience, throughout the night, when she performed two shows, before moving onto Sydney.
