Gloucestershire Schoolboy Arrested After Making Porn Video With 14-Year-Old Girl

Schoolboy Arrested After Making Sex Tape With 14-Year-Old Girl

A schoolboy has been arrested and given a "final warning" by Gloucestershire police after a pornographic video involving himself and a 14-year-old girl was circulated online.

The 14-year-old boy, from Cheltenham, appeared in the video alongside the girl, from the Forest of Dean, which lasted just a few seconds, police said.

Parents in the area are now being warned about the clip, which was posted on a Facebook page and has been seen by teenagers across the county.

The boy was arrested for making and distributing an indecent image and has been given a final warning by police, meaning the incident will remain on his record for the next six years.

A spokesman for Gloucestershire Police said: "We received a report of a video being posted to a Facebook page of a sexual act between a 14-year-old boy from Cheltenham and a 14-year-old girl from the Forest of Dean.

"The sexual act was consensual.

"The video has now been removed from the website but we are aware that other children have seen the footage.

"The 14-year-old boy was arrested and given a final warning for making and distributing an indecent image.

"We know parents may be concerned by this incident and would obviously advise people not to upload any material of this nature to social media websites."

The headteacher of a nearby Roman Catholic faith school warned parents about the film in a school newsletter but emphasised his pupils were not involved in the video.

Lawrence Montagu, headteacher at St Peter's High School, in Gloucester, said: "It came to our attention, and the police are involved in the investigation, that a pornographic video is in common circulation amongst the students in Gloucestershire schools.

"I am led to believe that this video involves young people from schools in Gloucestershire but not, I emphasise, St Peter's.

"However, I know that the video has been viewed by students in St Peter's and I have spoken to the school about the lack of dignity and self-respect people have who allow themselves to be portrayed in such a way.

"I alert you to this as I feel it would be profitable for you to follow up my messages to students by discussing with your sons and daughters how sad it is when people allow their dignity and self-respect to be demeaned in any way and particularly for the amusement or titillation of other people.

"Equally, none of them should be naive enough to believe that anything that is filmed in private will be kept private."

He added: "It is very sad that our young people are exposed to such pornography, but as you are aware it is one of the evils of modern technology.

"We simply have to continue educating the young to reap the benefits that modern technology offers but not to fall into the trap of misusing it.

"I know that in St Peter's there are many young men and women who do not want to see such behaviour and I applaud them for maintaining their self-respect."
