Ed Sheeran's Good Turn For Dying Fan

Brit Award-winning singer Ed Sheeran made a dying fan's dream come true by giving her a personal bedside gig.

Late schoolgirl Abigail Fleming, 14, put together a list of wishes she hoped would come true before she died following a lengthy battle with cancer.

The teen wanted to be serenaded by the chart-topping star and also requested a hot air balloon flight and custard and jelly fights.

And the Lego House singer helped make one of Abigail's wishes come true by performing for her in hospital.

The musician visited Abigail on his day off at Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice in Sheffield.

Before her death, Ed also recorded a video message in an effort to keep Abigail's spirits high and offered her a free ticket to one of his concerts.

On hearing of Abigail's death last month, the saddened singer took to Twitter to to voice his respects.

He wrote: "Rest in peace Abigail, gone too soon. My love and thoughts are with the family."

Ed now plans to raise money for the cancer hospice.
