The school leavers' ball, fondly known as "prom" is supposed to be the time where caterpillars emerge from cocoons as butterflies, ugly ducklings are transformed into swans, and so on... But in retrospect, those prom photos are probably best left hidden under the bed.
Taffeta gowns, matching outfits, being the awkward third wheel - most have probably been there. And if you haven't, well, you're really not missing out...
