The Waterloo Road actress and Strictly Come Dancing star had to be given a helping hand by her friend Lucien Laviscount as she left London's Gilgamesh restaurant after attending a charity dinner.
Well, a free bar will have that effect.
The 23-year-old - who was a guest at last night's charity gala in aid of the Ben Kinsella Trust - just about managed to keep herself covered up despite her bright yellow dress having a split all the way up her thigh.
Not that she'd have noticed - or cared.
Also at the event was TOWIE's Lauren Goodger who, unlike Chelsee, managed to stay upright for the night (for once).
