Caroline Flack's 'Stalker' Arrested: Man Questioned By Police

A man suspected of stalking TV presenter Caroline Flack for three months has been arrested.

The unnamed fan is said to have sent numerous messages to the star and even turned up at The X Factor auditions in Manchester where she was filming spin-off show The Xtra Factor. According to reports, he tried to follow her every move using her Twitter updates.

Caroline is now delighted after police confirmed an arrest was made.

A police spokesperson told the newspaper: "A 39-year-old man was arrested and questioned, and has been bailed until mid-August pending further investigation."

This isn't the first time Caroline has experienced the downside to fame - One Direction fans waved a banner which read "Flack Off" at one of the band's gigs earlier this year while she was dating bandmember Harry Styles.

Speaking about Caroline's appearance at the 1D show, an insider revealed: "Caroline was spotted within minutes of entering the venue. The mainly female audience started pointing and jeering, and making a few unsavoury comments - although a lot of the younger fans were being really sweet."

She was also subjected to vile death threats on Twitter.
