Rihanna is planning to sail away with her ex-lover Drake in a bid to rekindle their relationship.
The singer is reportedly sparing no expense to win back the heart of the rapper she has previously been linked to - splashing out on a £100,000 cruise around the French Riviera.
The summer jaunt is set to be the perfect pick-me-up for the pop singer following the recent death of her beloved grandmother.
A source tells The Sun: "Rihanna is determined to live life to the full following her grandma's death and decided to give it another go with Drake. In the past he'd moan that she wouldn't commit and was working all the time. But she's up for trying again. They're meeting up on a plush yacht in Cannes next week and will then spend a week cruising around the Med."
The source adds: "Rihanna wants to travel down through Italy and go to the most romantic places she's seen online. It's just what she needs after an incredibly tough few months - however, they also know how to party. They'll be joined on the yacht by a few friends, who plan to sink a lot of champagne on the trip."
The romantic cruise is bound to upset Rihanna's ex Chris Brown, who was hit in the face with a bottle during a fight at New York hotspot W.i.P. last month, which erupted when tension between his entourage and Drake's boiled over.
Reports suggested Chris sent Drake a bottle of champagne to show he had no hard feelings over their shared love for Rihanna, but the peace offering was allegedly rejected by the rapper, who is said to have sent back an insulting note which made reference to the Umbrella beauty.
