Russell Brand has let rip at Katy Perry just hours after their divorce was finalised - calling his former missus an "arse-ache".
The former couple's union was officially dissolved on Monday, and the Forgetting Sarah Marshall star didn't waste any time in taking a swipe at his ex-wife.
Filming his new TV talk show Brand X, Russell slated the Teenage Dream hitmaker after ending a conversation with an audience member, also called Katy.
Russell said: "Anyway, enough of you, I've had enough arse-ache from people called Katy in the last year," prompting the entire studio to gasp in disbelief.
A source told The Sun: "Russell was in great form, having some banter with the audience. Then he came across this audience member who was named Katy.
"They were having some chat about whether Katy could satisfy her boyfriend in bed when, all of a sudden, Russell shouted the comment about arse-ache. It was a blatant reference to Katy Perry. The look on his face as he laughed after saying the comment said it all."
