A mum who feared she would NEVER have a family has beaten odds estimated at 50,000 to one to give birth to TWO sets of twins in less than a year!
Carla Sohdi, 33, from Windsor, Berkshire, fell pregnant with her second babies just weeks after giving birth to non-identical twin girls Rose and Sonya.
She and husband Jag were stunned to discover they were expecting again - and even more so when their 12 week scan revealed it was ANOTHER set of twins!
Baby boys Antonio and Zachary were born just three days before their sisters' first birthday - something of a relief given their due date actually WAS on the little girls' big day!
Carla told the Sunday Mirror: "We couldn't believe it. From fearing we'd never have a family to having four children in less than a year is more than I could have wished for."
The shocked mum said she knew it was 'going to be hard work' but said all the babies were 'worth it'.
She and Jag had been trying to start a family for four years before finally falling pregnant via IVF with Sonya and Rose. Carla then conceived her sons naturally.
Bookmakers Ladbrokes said the odds of giving birth to two sets of twins in less than a year would be at least 50,000 to one.
What a lovely surprise for this gorgeous family - but we agree with Carla's assertion that it is going to be hard work!
