Kemp is known best for his role in EastEnders following a successful pop career alongside his brother Gary in the band Spandau Ballet, while Goodyear became a household name as Rovers' Return barmaid turned landlady in Coronation Street. Another soap alumna is Cheryl Fergison, who played unlucky Heather Trott in EastEnders.
Samantha Brick found infamy with one newspaper column, describing how women were unfriendly to her because she was "too beautiful". Coleen Nolan, once in a band with her sisters, presented Loose Women until recently.
MC Harvey was a rapper with the So Solid Crew, Ashley Mackenzie was a Team GB competitor, while Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is from US TV series Jersey Shore.
Joining Sorrentino from US reality fame is Prince Lorenzo Borghese, who first appeared on The Bachelor in the States.
Three glamour models complete the lineup - Jasmine Lennard, Rhian Sugden and Danica Thrall.
It's an unusually interesting set of guests, liable to throw up some diverting exchanges. For example, Julian Clary may have something to say if the indomitable Samantha Brick starts telling her housemates how she's too beautiful to avoid eviction.
