Now, we know the headline may seem a little harsh. George Osborne is clearly not an idiot. He went to Oxford University, he's the Chancellor of the Exchequer, and he was smart enough to change his name from his original one, 'Gideon'.
However, he often looks like an idiot. Mainly when he's smiling like a goon, wearing a hard hat, or presenting medals at a Paralympics ceremony.
