And the strain of such a terrrrible lifestyle seemed to being showing on Claire Richards' face last night as she stepped out at the Prima High Street Awards.

Doesn't she just look so pleased to be there.
The star recently put her woes with her fluctuating weight behind her when she vowed to quit dieting.
She told Closer magazine: "I got so sick of dieting. I felt happiest when I wasn't starving myself and decided that actually, this is me.
"I'm not meant to be a size 10. It's not going to rule my life any more."
