Blingtastic: Beyoncé'S Daughter Blue Ivy Gets $800 Sparkly Booties (Even Though She Can't Walk Yet)

Step off Suri and Harper - there's a new celebrity child fashionista on the block.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z's daughter, Blue Ivy, is upping the celebrity children's style ante by getting her toes in a pair of Swarovski crystal booties worth a whopping $800!

Designer Ruthie Davis created the little booties for Blue - who is only eight months and can't actually walk yet. She uploaded the shiny snap of the sneakers to her Instagram account with the message:

"Take a look at the Baby Ruthie's I made especially for Beyoncé and Jay-Z's daughter Blue Ivy... SO Sweet, right?"

The sparkly booties will join Blue's other designer shoes in her, no doubt fit-to-bursting, wardrobe, which include Marc Jacobs ballet flats (her mum has a matching pair, natch).
