The ex-wife of Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood claims she is selling off her former husband's huge collection of rock memorabilia because it has been costing her a fortune to keep it.
When Jo Wood put items including Wood's 1955 Fender Stratocaster guitar, valued at £37,000, under the hammer the rocker fired off a legal letter claiming they were not hers to sell.
But Jo tells The Mail on Sunday if he wants his things back he should bid for them at the Los Angeles auction.

She said: "It was costing me something like £10,000 a year to keep it in a massive warehouse in Brixton. I did say to Ronnie, 'Do you want to come down to the warehouse and have a look?' But he didn't and I couldn't keep paying to keep it there month after month."
She added: "I did tell Ronnie everything I was doing. I told him about the auction before the summer and I talked to him in May or June time and said to him, 'Would you like to put anything in the auction Ronnie because it would help create a bit more of a stir?'
He said, 'No, but good luck Jo.' Those were his words.'
"There's a reason I'm doing things like this. I'm donating some of the money to charity for musicians who can't work any more and, if I make any money out of it, I'd like to donate it to my kids so they can put some money down and buy their own places."
The sale, to be held in Beverly Hills and listed as 'Property From The Collection Of Ronnie And Jo Wood,' could raise £500,000.
Other lots include a £750 jacket the rocker wore on stage at a show in San Francisco and even three Coutts bank cards and an AA Relay Card, each signed by the star.
Wood's spokesman said: "Ronnie is shocked this auction is being misrepresented as a joint sale. This is not the case.
"Furthermore, he is staggered that some of the items being offered are clearly his personal belongings, which did not pass to Jo as part of the divorce proceedings. The tour clothes belong to the Rolling Stones and are not hers to sell."
The couple split after 24 years of marriage over Ronnie's affair with a 20-year-old cocktail waitress.
