A double-decker bus full of schoolchildren has crashed into a field in Dorset, police said.
Emergency crews were called to the A350 between Upton and Lytchett in Poole shortly after 8.15am on Monday after reports that the bus had overturned into a field.
Dorset Police said three passengers and the driver were treated for "minor injuries".
The bus, registered to Plymouth in Devon, was heading to Kingston Maurward College in Dorchester, police said.
The bus overturned completely after leaving the A350
It had 56 students on board, although officers were unable to confirm the age of the pupils, or the school from which they were visiting.
A police spokesman said: "Police, ambulance and fire crews were called to the A350 this morning after reports that a school bus had overturned in a field.
"Three people and the driver were treated for minor injuries, and all those on board were moved to safety while they wait for replacement transport."
The road has been temporarily closed between Limberlost, the Upton bypass and Vine's Farm Shop, the force said.
