Robbie Jealous Of Gary's OBE

Robbie Williams and Gary Barlow may have kissed and made up, but old rivalries still run deep as Robbie wants to get an award from the queen just like his pal.

Earlier this week, Gary picked up an OBE at Buckingham Palace in recognition of his work in the entertainment industry and for charity.

In recent years, Gary has helped organise a charity climb up Mount Kilimanjaro, hosted the Queen's Jubilee concert and recorded the charity single Sing.

However, Robbie has now admitted he wants an OBE too, telling fans during his gig at London's O2 Arena that he has set his sights on royal recognition.

Robbie told the audience: "The Queen has seen me perform a number of times now, I was at the Jubilee. Then last week, at the Royal Variety Performance, I sand the new single. Pretty well I might add. In the line-up at the end, there I am, waiting for a compliment, and she thought I was Pudsey's minder. Gary Barlow OBE. Robbie Williams? Nothing."

Robbie can't have too many hard feelings for his former Take That bandmate, as the Rock DJ star appeared on stage during one of Gary's live shows only days later to perform his new track Different, with Gary accompanying him on piano.
