It's been a while since there has been an explosion/fire/huge disaster on 'EastEnders', but Monday's episode will quell viewers' thirst for some dangerous drama.
Friday's episode of the BBC One soap saw cousins Joey and Lauren Branning (who happen to be 'in love') in a car crash as they escaped Walford to live happily ever after.
And now the car crash is set to lead to a huge explosion...
Joey (David Witts) manages to free himself from the vehicle as Monday's episode begins, but is soon left in a panic when flames start to appear from beneath the bonnet with Lauren (Jacqueline Jossa) still trapped inside.
The usually evil Derek (Jamie Foreman) will come to the rescue with only moments to spare, but can he perform a miracle, or is someone doomed to perish? Check out pictures from the dramatic scene below...
