Britain's Got Talent: Amanda Holden 'Already Complaining' About Simon Cowell's Diva Behaviour

Amanda 'Already Complaining' About Cowell On BGT

It's only the audition stages for the new series of Britain's Got Talent, but already Amanda Holden is complaining about Simon Cowell.

Amanda has criticised Simon and his TV shows, even though she is a judge again on the new series of the talent search.

The Mirror quotes Amanda as explaining that the rest of the panel have been left exhausted as they are forced to wait around for hours each day for Simon to turn up.

"I have to take a deep breath each year before we go into it because we work extraordinarily long hours, mainly because of Simon. If he started at 10am like the rest of us, rather than one or two o'clock in the afternoon, then we'd all finish by 8pm. But we don't, we all finish at around midnight," the mum-of-two explained.

She also said the producers had tried to create some gossip by asking Amanda to bicker with new judge Alesha Dixon, but Amanda refused as she did not want to set a bad example to her two daughters.

"They tried it last year with Alesha and me, but we weren't having it. I have girls, I don't want them ever reading about me having b**chy fights with other women," Amanda added.

And as a final criticism of Simon and his shows, she said she thinks X Factor has become repetitive, as they judge "singer after singer", and she does not see the programme as being family-friendly viewing.

While the team are on the hunt for the next big British star, Simon has not forgotten about last year's winner Ashleigh and Pudsey, as there are plans for a movie to be made about the dog.
