'Magic Mike' Sequel: Matthew McConaughey Wants To Strip Again

Keen To Strip Again

Matthew McConaughey has confirmed he is keen to don his chaps for a 'Magic Mike' sequel.

The heartthrob actor, who played troupe ringmaster Dallas in the hit male stripper movie last year, told MTV News that a follow-up is "legitimately brewing" and that he would reprise his role if it was done "in the right way".

He said: "In the right way [I would come back].

"It would be so much fun, but I would only be able to do to revisit Dallas if I really go, 'OK, that's what he would be doing.' And Dallas can't become like all of a sudden obviously comedic. I'd have to keep him the same tone."

Matthew revealed it has been a while since he chatted to his Magic Mike co-star Channing Tatum, whose wife Jenna Dewan is expecting their first baby.

The actor, who recently welcomed his third child with wife Camila Alves, said: "I think he's taking some time off too because he's about to be a new dad, and good for him to do that too cause he's been cranking it out for a while."
