The Funny Women Awards are back to find and support the next generation of brilliant female comics.
The awards have been the launch pad for a number of female comedians who are now household names and TV regulars - as well as some of the most talented performers on the live comedy circuit. Previous finalists have included Susan Calman, Andi Osho, Roisin Conaty, Holly Walsh, Bridget Christie, Kerry Goldiman, Sarah Pascoe and the hugely successful Sarah Millican.
The Funny Women Awards will be coming to London, Hull, Glasgow, Dublin, Brighton and Manchester from April to June - with a charity final taking place on Monday 23rd September 2013 at The Leicester Square Theatre in London in aid of domestic violence charity Refuge.
There are five unique award categories this year - including a brand new one, the Best Show Award - so whether you're a stand-up comedian, comedy writer, variety act or a woman who improve the lives of others through humour, there's bound to be an award you can enter!
