If you wandered down to Canary Wharf sometime in the summer of 2011, chances are you'd have walked straight onto the film set of 'Welcome to the Punch', the forthcoming underworld thriller starring Mark Strong, David Morrissey and James McAvoy.
Eran Creevy, directing only his second full feature film (after 'Shifty', 2008) somehow succeeded where even the 'Skyfall' bosses had failed... to persuade the owners of the Canary Wharf complex to open their gates to the film crew - which made for lots of night shoots, but gave the film an international atmosphere - London at its most modern.
