So Tian Tian, Edinburgh Zoo's female panda, will soon be entering That Phase. No, not the menopause. The two days of the year that she's likely to be fertile.
And how are zoo staff trying to ensure that she and Yang Guang, the male panda, get jiggy with it during that time? By playing them music - no, not by Grizzly Bear or Super Furry Animals - by Marvin Gaye.
According to the Daily Mirror, Edinburgh zoo has switched the pandas usual radio station from Classic FM to Smooth radio ("a treasure trove of the music you love"). And as a result, Smooth has now begun playing a daily song request from the zoo - including Marvin Gaye's 'Let's Get It On'.
