An incredible high-tech shadow puppet has brought Michael Jackson back to life - sort of.
Diet Wiegman's beautiful puppets take twisted metal and rubbish, and combine them to make something wholly new and impossible to imitate.
An example from 2008, picked up by The Verge, uses a rotating platform to swing back and forth before settling on Michael Jackson's famous Billie Jean-era pose.
Among his other amazing work is 'David Deformed', which recreates Michaelangelo's David, a portrayal of a Dutch landscape, and 'Greedy consumption', a map of the world made from junk reflected on a shiny plate.
