Call Of Duty 4 'Ghosts' Leaked By Tesco

Tesco Direct appears to have unwittingly unveiled the next game in the hugely popular 'Call of Duty' series.

A retail listing by the supermarket was spotted and screen-grabbed by MCV before swiftly being taken down.

An accompanying packshot adds some weight to the suspicion this is a genuine leak.

Pretty convincing...

The release date of the new title, 'Call of Duty: Ghosts' was given as December 31st - though this is likely to so brought forward.

The 'Call of Duty' franchise is an absolute behemoth. The 'Black Ops 2' version was the biggest entertainment release of 2012.

It grossed a staggering $400 million (£259 million).
