Jessica Alba has revealed her secret to losing those extra inches she'd gained after giving birth - a corset.
The 'Fantastic Four' star says she wore the girdles 'day and night' for three months after the birth of her second child in a bid to get her pre-pregnancy figure back.
She told Net-A-Porter: "It was brutal; it's not for everyone. I wore a double corset day and night for three months. It was sweaty, but worth it."
The actress is mum to Honor, 4, and 20-month-old Haven with husband Cash Warren.
Jesy Nelson of the band revealed the actress asked for a picture of the band when they were Stateside promoting their debut album.
“Jessica was sneaky trying to take a picture of us," she said. "She was like ‘my kids love you.’ She said ‘is it ok to take a picture?’”
