Team GB's Paralympic hero Ellie Simmonds received her OBE from Prince Charles at Buckingham Palace on Friday.
The 18-year-old won two golds at the London 2012 Paralympics, having won gold twice at the 2008 Beijing Games.
Simmonds was appointed MBE in the 2009 New Year Honours but received more recognition three years later after the glorious 2012 Games.
