Amanda Bynes showed up to court wearing a long aqua wig to face charges that she tossed a marijuana bong from the window of her apartment.
The 'Easy A' actress is accused of throwing the drug-taking item from the window of her home in Manhattan.
Amanda, 27, is charged with reckless endangerment and attempted tampering with physical evidence. She did not speak at her brief court appearance.
The 'Hairspray' star was arrested in May after the building's officials called police to complain she was smoking marijuana in the lobby.
Police officers went to her apartment where they say they saw a bong sitting on the kitchen counter. Prosecutors say she tossed the bong out of the window in front of the officers.
Amanda rose to fame starring in Nickelodeon's 'All That', but she has been in the news more recently because of several scrapes with the law and bizarre public behaviour.
Her Twitter tirades have become infamous, in which she has targeted stars including Lady Gaga, Jay-Z and Rihanna and branded them 'ugly'. She has also expressed a fascination with rapper Drake in her tweets.
The next court date she is expected at is on September 26.
