In November 2011, Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher announced that they were splitting after six years of marriage. This week, the couple have finally got round to sorting out their divorce.
Kutcher filed for divorce in December, but the New York Post reports that Moore wanted to wait until she had negotiated a settlement privately. However, after a three month battle over legal fees and financial support, "Demi is definitely ready to move on," a source said. "It's hoped lawyers for both sides can reach a settlement this spring, otherwise the divorce will go into litigation and trial".
