'Words With Friends' Sues 'Bang With Friends'

There's a big difference between chess and casual sex and this has not gone unnoticed in the app world.

The creator of wholesome games such as 'Words With Friends' and 'Chess With Friends' is to sue the makers of the rather less family-friendly 'Bang With Friends'.

Zynga Inc. accuse the makers of selecting "the name ‘Bang With Friends’ for its casual sex matchmaking app with Zynga’s game trademarks fully in mind", reports Bloomberg.

Representatives of the accused are yet to respond.

'Bang With Friends' lets users select friends over Facebook they'd like to have sex with. If that person selects them back then both are notified, otherwise it stays secret.

Zynga has bee having a tough time lately. Three top executives have left and the company reported a loss of $15.8 million (£10.4 million) and half its users in the last quarter.
