As news broke that the 'Die Hard' actor won't be reprising his role in 'The Expendables 3' and that Willis will be replaced by Harrison Ford, Stallone tweeted:

Willis starred as Church alongside Stallone as Barney Ross and Jason Statham and Arnold Schwarzenegger in box office smash 'Expendables 2' last year.

'Expendables 3', with Stallone returning to his role, is due to open in August next year.

Jackie Chan and Nicolas Cage are to appear in the film, directed by Patrick Hughes.
