But it seems those days are over after a pimped up Lambretta scooter was spotted parked in the specially reserved parking on the Parliamentary estate.

The Mod bike was seen on Thursday night and so far no Peers have owned up as the owner. Here at HuffPostUK we live long in the hope that Lords will be ditching their anonymous Bentleys for vintage Italian scooters. We could be waiting for some time.
