Now it seems the constant exposure and alleged partying is finally taking its toll on the former Disney star's oral hygiene.
The former 'Hannah Montana' actress was fresh-faced and relatively new to the entertainment industry in 2006 with a healthy looking tongue - but photographed in Las Vegas over the weekend, it looked discoloured and unhealthy. It seems her party lifestyle may have just got the better of Miley's arguably most famous asset.
