Rolling Stones legend Keith Richards was reportedly the target of a bomb plot orchestrated by his neighbour, retired chemist Joesph Callahan, who allegedly admitted he planned to blow up the guitarist’s US house in Connecticut.
Police were called to Mr Callahan’s house – which is just 10 miles from the star’s mansion - after his ex-wife informed them she hadn’t heard from him for more than a day.

Officers found 112 homemade bombs as well as 142 firearms at the property, they later arrested Mr Calahan and he is due in court next week charged with illegal possession of explosives, reckless endangerment and manufacture of bombs.
