Miranda Hart has pleaded with burglars to return her laptop, which was stolen from her home on Friday.
The actress and comedienne took to Twitter to beg for its safe return and offer a reward.
If people who stole my laptop last night in W6 out there. Please please please return. Precious creative projects all lost. Will reward. RT.— Miranda Hart (@mermhart) October 13, 2013
At the time of writing her plea had been retweeted almost 8,000 times.
Miranda is currently preparing to go on a 41-show live tour next year and it's feared the "precious creative projects" could be material for the tour.
The Daily Telegraph reported it is the second time the star had been burgled in 18 months.
Meanwhile, Miranda recently revealed after cutting her hair short she was regularly mistaken for the opposite sex – something that wasn’t helped by her size – she stands at a tall six foot.
As she spoke on a recording of Richard Herring’s Leicester Square Theatre Podcast, Miranda said: “It used to scar me. But then I found it hilarious and would vary my response, which was amusing – seeing how embarrassed they got. Luckily I don’t think anyone kept looking at my face and saying ‘Sir’.”
