'X Factor' star Abi Alton has proved you can't keep a good girl down, as she wowed on the red carpet in a thigh-high split sparkly dress on Tuesday night.
Just two days earlier the 19-year-old singer was snapped being rushed to hospital after injuring her back on Sunday night's 'X Factor' results show.

Abi wasn't the only one of Nicole Scherzinger's 'X Factor' girls on the red carpet for the premiere of 'Thor' - Hannah Barrett and Tamera Foster were also at the event, dressed in brightly coloured print dresses.
On Monday, Abi tweeted to reassure fans that there is "no serious damage", after she was stretchered out of the studio by paramedics.
Writing on Twitter, Abi said:
She is understood to have slipped down a flight of stairs while waiting to find out if she had made it throughout to next week's show and was pictured holding an oxygen mask as she was taken to a waiting ambulance.
