BT Sport have won exclusive rights for both Champions League and Europa League football in an £897 million package.
Beginning from 2015-16, BT will pay around £299m a season for all 350 matches in the two Uefa competitions for three consecutive campaigns.
It is the first time a single UK broadcaster has won the live rights to all matches from the two tournaments, with Sky and ITV currently showing games.
Champions League football will not be available on terrestrial TV for the first time ever in 2015, ending ITV 's 23-year association with club football's premier competition.
Gavin Patterson, BT chief executive, said: "I am thrilled that BT Sport will be the only place where fans can enjoy all the live action from the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League. Both tournaments are world class and firm favourites with many. The live rights will give a major boost to BT Sport and give people yet another reason to take our terrific service."
Telecommunications giant BT launched its two UK sports channels on 1 August this year.
BT Sport is showing 38 live Premier League matches that it paid £738million for over three seasons.
The BT channels are also showing live FA Cup games and live football from the top leagues in Germany, Italy, France and Scotland plus the FA Women's Super League.
