She is said to have got back in touch after Thom broke up with American actress Jessica Lowndes.
It was recently claimed Kelly has landed a £1million book deal to disclose the secrets of her past relationships, including her cheating ex Danny, fellow rugby love Thom and actors Billy Zane and Jason Statham.
