Polar Bear Cub Takes His First Steps At Toronto Zoo (VIDEO)

It’s a good job he’s not out in the Arctic, as this little guy is causing a veritable heatwave of love.

The two-month-old cub was filmed taking his first tottering steps at Toronto Zoo on Wednesday.

Emitting mewls and squawks as he battled to stay upright, the little chap’s progress will be a huge relief to staff.

He was the only surviving cub of a litter of three born in November to mother Aurora.

The tiny bear was weakening himself when staff decided to take him into the zoo’s intensive care unit.

But as this footage proves, he’s on the mend and well on his way to growing up big and strong.
