For many of us trying to eat more healthily, there reaches a point where you might be craving something because you've had a bad day, or the weather is dismal and you need cheering up.
Some of us use this as an excuse to permanently fall off the healthy eating wagon, in the same way that smokers trying to quit end up going back to their habit because they're disappointed with their lack of willpower.
