Sandro, Paulinho, Jan Vertonghen and Younés Kaboul gave Tottenham a quadruple boost as they returned from injury in a behind-closed-doors friendly at West Ham.
Paulinho scored in the 3-0 win at Upton Park, with striker Harry Kane striking twice.
Lewis Holtby and Gylfi Sigurdsson also started in a strong Spurs XI.
Sandro has been sidelined the six weeks with a calf problem while his compatriot, Paulinho, has not featured since Stoke's Charlie Adam injured him with a crude tackle on 29 December.
