Katie - who previously met her match in Peaches Geldof on 'This Morning' - was left fuming as 'I'm A Celebrity' campmate Annabel put her in her place during the Channel 5 debate show, telling her that the "adults were talking now".
The former 'Apprentice' star then resorted to personal insults as she tried to regain control of the argument.
"All I hear is somebody that wanted to be a model, but didn't make it," she retorted to Annabel.
During a later segment of the heated live debate, Katie told Annabel to "get a grip", to which the former Max Factor model shot back: "You'd be really dangerous if you knew what you were talking about."
Katie was also discredited by an audience member and 'Celebrity Big Brother' star Terry Christian, who branded her a rent-a-gob, saying he was not offended by the "opinions held by Katie for money".
The programme aired after a YouGov poll for Channel 5 revealed 66% of Britons think the £208 billion-a-year welfare state is broken.
