If you think Fernando Alonso is looking a bit tired in this photo then you're probably right. He's just finished a day's graft in readiness for the F1 season ahead.
The Ferrari driver was in Dubai a couple of days after the second pre-season test in Bahrain for some cross-training based on a military fitness programme as well as a kart race - or 'a busman's holiday' as it could be called for the Spaniard - followed by a spot of cycling (one of Alonso's favourite fitness tools).
But that wasn't the end of it. The day in the heat ended at the Dubai Football Academy where Alonso joined Diego Maradona, former Real Madrid player Michel Salgado and a few others for a kickabout. How did the double F1 world champion get on? 5-4 defeat. No wonder Maradona's got the bigger smile.
