A man suspected of offering women money to watch him masturbate with slices of Swiss cheese is facing further charges, media reports say.
Christopher Pagano, who was dubbed the “Swiss Cheese Pervert” by a local town watch Facebook page, turned himself over to Philadelphia police this weekend after a fourth alleged victim came forward, ABC Local reports.
It comes after the 42-year-old, of Norristown, Philadelphia, was arrested in January on charges of indecent exposure, stalking, open lewdness and harassment.

Prosecutors did not release details of the fourth incident, but sources tell Philly Mag Pagano’s “harassment included using processed cheese when he approached the victims.”
It cites the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office spokesman Tasha Jamerson as stating Pagano faces a total of 20 counts.
The married father-of-one had previously been on bail and now remains free after posting 10 per cent of his $90,000 bond. He is next due in court on 1 April.
Reporting Pagano's arrest in January, the Gothamist revealed: "He was arrested at least two prior times: in 2006 for soliciting a prostitute, and in 2009 after he allegedly 'removed a large block of cheese from his pocket' and offered a woman on the street '$20 to rub the Swiss cheese on his penis'."
Philadelphia police's Special Victims Unit was prompted to investigate after a number of women claimed to have been approached by the so-called “Swiss Cheese Pervert”.
On 9 January a post on the Facebook page of Mayfair Town Watch said: "Good Morning Mayfair! Please be aware of the Swiss Cheese Pervert! This individual is driving around surrounding communities and exposes himself to women.

"He offers them money to watch him put swiss cheese on his privates. He is a white, heavy set male, 40-50 years old. He drives a newer model silver sedan.
"He was also spotted in a black newer model sedan. If you see this guy, don't confront him. Get his plate number and call 911 immediately!!! We have passed all the information to the 15th PD."
Other reports claim the same man has been sending messages on OKCupid asking women to "perform masturbation on him with cheese".
The Philadelphia Daily News obtained what is alleged to be an excerpt from one of those messages.
"I started to compare girls to cheese due to their milky complections [sic], girls are soft, smooth feeling and tend to like dairy products more. That and typical advertising, always using a girl to advertise dairy products. So cheese is what I started to use as a replacement for having sex with girls."
Authorities are keen to point out that although the incidents may initially appear comical, it is in fact a serious offence and traumatic for those unfortunate to be approached.
